Krm8 Terms and Conditions –
Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the krm8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Be located in a geographic region where the use of online gaming platforms is permitted under local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or blacklist maintained by any gaming regulatory body.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. krm8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Player Account

Your KRM8 account is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by yourself or by any third party who gains access due to your negligence.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify krm8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information should any changes to your personal details occur.

Krm8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers. However, password security is your own responsibility. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Krm8 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT and BTC. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits will be credited to your account within minutes upon payment confirmation.
• Krm8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may impose their own charges.
• All deposits must be from legitimate sources and owned by the player themselves.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the player's krm8 account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours.
• KRM8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as a security measure.
• Failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect account information provided by the player will not be covered by krm8.

5Bonus & Promotions

Krm8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, referral bonus, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. These requirements vary depending on the bonus type.
• KRM8's welcome bonus of up to 150% is subject to the rollover requirements stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses may only be used once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Players may only claim one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their account.
• Bonus value may not exceed the maximum limit specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or directly converted to cash.

KRM8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been duly credited prior to the change taking effect.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the krm8 platform – including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and table games – are governed by the rules established for each game. Players are responsible for understanding the game rules before playing.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on krm8's part.
• Krm8 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent body to ensure fair gameplay.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, KRM8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the player.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• KRM8 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes for any player or game at any time.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KRM8 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any automated method to play or interact with the platform.
• Money Laundering: Use of the krm8 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using false information, or exploiting the system to obtain bonuses unlawfully.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to defraud the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• System Disruption: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of the krm8 platform.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity or submitting fraudulent documents.

8Privacy & Data

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, krm8 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes that did not go in your favour — gaming carries inherent risk and wins are not guaranteed.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from internet connection failure, device malfunction, or technical issues on the player's end.
• Delays in transaction processing due to third-party payment provider processing times.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses even if krm8 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
